Strategic social media for allied health therapists who are done just showing up
You're posting consistently. You know your industry inside out. But somewhere between the caption writing, the reel editing and the actual job of seeing clients, the strategy behind it all has gone missing.
Dandelion Business Support builds the strategy, messaging and management behind your social media, so your content finally reflects the expert you already are, and you get to stay in your zone of genius while it happens.

The Gap Between Posting and Progress
You spend real hours on content. The photos. The caption. The filming. Then you post it into a feed that barely reacts. No enquiries. No sense of who's actually seeing it or whether it's landing with the right people.
Sometimes you post consistently for weeks. Sometimes life gets in the way and the account goes quiet. Either way, you're left wondering the same thing: is this actually going anywhere, or am I just adding another job to a week that's already full?
The gap usually isn't effort. It's strategy. Posting tells people you exist. Strategy is what turns that visibility into enquiries, referrals and a reputation that grows without you personally chasing it.

Built for Therapists Who Want to Work in Their Zone of Genius
You didn't build your practice to become a part-time content creator. You built it to work with clients, using the skills and training you spent years developing.
This is for the allied health therapist who already has a business worth talking about and wants her social media to reflect that, without it eating into the time and energy that should go toward her clients and her own life.
It's also for the therapist thinking beyond her immediate client base. Who wants to be recognised within the industry itself, trusted by peers, referred to by other professionals, and known as someone with a genuine point of view on her field. Reputation like that isn't built by accident. It's built by showing up consistently, saying something worth remembering, and having a strategy that connects the two.

Kind Words from Kind People
What allied health therapists have to say about working with Dandelion Business Support.

What we stand for
The values behind every post
These aren't buzzwords. They're the principles that shape how Dandelion Business Support shows up for your brand, your audience, and you.
Respectful, inclusive marketing
Content that speaks to people like humans and never reduces someone to their diagnosis, disability or circumstances.
Accessibility in everything we post
Making content easier for more people to understand, consume and engage with.
Ethical, informing marketing
Not following trends or posting about topics that could be unethical or immoral. We also follow AHPRA guidelines when relevant.
Making marketing feel doable
Solid systems and deadlines that make your content easier, but still collaborative. When you have someone to hold your hand and support you, anything is possible.
Clear, transparent, predictable communication
Clients know what's happening, why we're doing it and what the goals we're working towards are.
Neurodiversity-friendly processes
Everyone absorbs information and communicates differently. Need adjustments? Just tell me and let's work together.

Meet your social media manager
Hi, I'm Caitlin
An AuDHD mum of 2 special needs kiddos. I started Dandelion Business Support when my children went from "delayed" and "difficult" to being diagnosed with ASD (and more diagnoses to come).
Dandelion Business Support is an allied health-focused social media management business located in the Limestone Coast, South Australia. I pride myself in utilising accessibility in our marketing to connect with audiences across Australia.
I combine my experience as a former social worker with a lived experience of being a full-time carer to ensure your strategy and marketing is based on real evidence-based knowledge — and, if necessary, abiding by AHPRA guidelines.
How it works
A simple, supported process
If you are looking to work with me, here is the process we will go through to start off on the right foot. Accommodations can be made to make it more accessible — just ask!
Let's talk goals
Put in an application form, drop into my DMs or book a call with me to go through your business goals and what you want out of social media management.
Onboarding paperwork
I will send over your contract, first invoice, onboarding document, Google Drive folder and some other bits and pieces for you to get started.
Onboarding call
Once I receive your contract, invoice and onboarding questionnaire back, we will jump on an onboarding call and start to collect things I need, like logins!
We get to work
This is when I get started on getting your content sorted and start to post! Deadlines and approvals for everything will be discussed at onboarding.
Ready for Marketing That Matches
